Welcome

Therapy is not only an opportunity to alleviate negative symptoms, but an opportunity to move towards wellness and fulfillment in relationships with others and with yourself.

People may pursue therapy for support during a time of distress or pain; out of a desire to better understand past events and their lasting effect; or to gain insight into current behavioral patterns. Many clients reach out to me out of a sense of feeling “stuck”- a realization that, despite material success and possessions, they feel unfulfilled or uninspired.
