Individual Therapy

Very often, individuals seek therapy to address symptoms or experiences that are negatively impacting day-to-day functioning, relationships, or work performance. Additionally, many turn to therapy as a means of enriching their lives, nurturing insight, and finding personal meaning. Individual therapy has the potential to be both a rewarding and challenging experience. 

I have experience working with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and childhood trauma. I work with clients to identify intrapersonal processes and interpersonal patterns that have developed over the course of years, and which may no longer be serving the individual; together, we explore the development of these experiences and work to create meaningful change.
